The Marketing & Growth Director has a strategic and hands-on balanced approach in the strategy generations. It has a key role in supporting the business transformation, tasked with consolidating and developing a coherent impactful marketing strategy. Contributing to the company's objectives, as well as helping to structure and organize teamwork. This position is part of the Mexico Shared Services Center, supporting all the business units. Reports into the Head of Shared Services Center & CFO, and is called to be responsible, accountable, decision maker, providing the local teams with a strategic vision being a coach/mentor to the Marketing team.
Business Partnership & Growth Act as the primary bridge between Marketing and Business Line leadership, ensuring commercial priorities are translated into marketing initiatives that deliver measurable business outcomes while preserving long-term brand strategy.
Partner closely with Business Line Leaders to understand their commercial priorities, challenges and growth opportunities, translating the into clear and actionable marketing strategies.




Drive demand and qualified lead generation across Business Lines, establishing clear objective and measuring Marketing's contribution to pipeline, conversion and business growth.
Be accountable for Marketing's contribution to revenue growth through qualified lead generation, pipeline creation, and close alignment with Business Line commercial objectives.
Balance Business Line needs with the overall Marketing strategy, aligning priorities, managing expectations and ensuring resources are focused on initiatives with the highest business impact.
