The role will drive RGM downstream integration across Commercial, focusing on Dx (Perfect Store, Must have assortment), WCCE (focusing on top 20 customers), and GTM. Enabling OBPA strategic initiative integration though Perfect Store,
GTM and CDA to enable distribution and presence in store; Mix initiatives though Perfect Store and Must Have Assortment; Promo strategy delivering customer selling stories and alignment with marketing mix and brand objective; and CDA to enable listings and presence in store.
Deliver RGM Downstream integration framework to optimize pricing and assortment with precision at the point of sale: focusing on integration with Dx and Perfect Store, with WCCE and key top customer processes, with GTM to enable distribution and presence in store –make decisions & execute.
Deliver a framework to deliver RGM Commercial integration, enabling impact visibility to senior stakeholders –make decisions & execute.
Drive Commercial organization upskilling to enable effective RGM Commercial integration and capability step up Sales and Dx teams– provide consultation & execute.
Work with Commercial and S&T; teams to define the long-term digital vision to effectively optimize in market investments– m
