Flex Guadalajara, North Campus is seeking a Senior Process Engineer (Mechanical Assembly) to drive cost, quality and delivery improvements in a PCBA manufacturing environment. You will develop robust mechanical assembly processes, justify and implement capital equipment, and lead process-control methodologies.
Reporting to the Process Engineer Manager, you will manage ECO introductions, interface with production on new process transfers, and mentor teams toward stable, scalable operations.
