We are looking for a Health Junior Caller to support patient outreach efforts and assist individuals throughout their healthcare journey. Please note that this is not a sales position. The primary goal is to engage with patients, provide support, coordinate appointments, and ensure accurate communication throughout the process. It is idóneo for someone who enjoys speaking with people, building trust, and helping patients access the care and resources they need.

Patient Outreach & Communication

- Contact patients via phone to provide information and support.
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on healthcare-related inquiries and services.
- Answer basic questions and direct patients to the appropriate resources.

Appointment Coordination

- Assist patients with scheduling, rescheduling, and confirming appointments.
- Verify patient information and maintain accurate records.
- Communicate appointment details and follow-up instructions.

CRM & Documentation

- Update and maintain patient records within company systems.
- Document call outcomes and patient interactions accurately.




- Track follow-up activities and ensure timely communication.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
- At least 6-8 months of experience in customer service, call center, appointment setting, patient support, healthcare outreach, or similar phone-based roles.
- Experience making outbound calls and speaking with customers or patients.
- Ability to manage a high volume of calls while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
- Healthcare industry experience is a plus but not required.
- Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Comfortable using CRM systems and data-entry platforms.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based applications.
- Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal communication skills.
- Direct Contractor: 17,000 MXN Net

Direct Contractor: 12 vacation days, 15-day Christmas bonus, major medical insurance, accounting support, and laptop equipment.
