the maintenance supervisor is responsible for carrying out periodic activities of total productive maintenance, ensuring operational continuity and driving initiatives for downtime reduction and continuous improvement.
key responsibilities
- preventive and corrective maintenance of production tools such as templates, fixtures, dies, and material forming systems.
- cross-department collaboration in the design and manufacturing of tools.
- handling tools and materials within the scope of responsibility.
- collecting information for tool design and fabrication.
- executing assigned preventive and corrective tasks for templates, fixtures, and dies.
requirements
- bachelor degree
- 5+ years’ experience in manufacturing environment
- 2+ years’ experience at supervisor level
- knowledge of pm maintenance plan and execution
- knowledge of electronic, pneumatic and hydraulic equipment
- knowledge in vacuum furnaces
- experienced driving a total preventive maintenance system
- experience in procedures for maintenance of vacuum furnaces
