OBJETIVO DEL PUESTO

Dar soporte administrativo al departamento de Producción por medio de captura de información de proceso, gestión de adquisición de insumos, seguimiento a pagos a proveedores y atención a necesidades y hallazgos en las áreas productivas.

PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES

- Generar requisiciones de órdenes de compra para materiales directos e indirectos.
- Atender requerimientos de Auditoria SOX.
- Dar seguimiento a proceso de facturación, GR y pago a proveedores.
- Gestionar los pagos de las cuotas mensuales a las entidades CNIT y CRT.
- Capturar guías de agave y salidas de fletes de vinaza en bitácoras.
- Atención a proveedores y solicitud de cotizaciones.
- Dar soporte para la generación de reporte de pago de nómina del personal de Producción.
- Generar reporte semanal de gastos del área.
- Dar cumplimiento a lo establecido en los procedimientos sobre los aspectos de calidad, inocuidad, ambientales y riesgos laborales de su área y puesto de trabajo, participar activamente en la capacitación sobre dichos aspectos en cumplimiento de los procedimientos aplicables en materia de Seguridad, Salud Ocupacional, Medio Ambiente, Calidad e Inocuidad.
