Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute global sourcing strategies for IT/OT categories, including software, hardware, IT consulting, and technology services.
- Identify opportunities to optimize Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), generate sustainable cost savings, and improve supplier performance.
- Lead integral supplier selection, negotiations, contract management, onboarding, and ongoing supplier relationship management.
- Partner with IT/OT leadership teams to align procurement strategies with business objectives and digital transformation initiatives.
- Analyze market trends, emerging technologies, supplier capabilities, and cost drivers to support strategic decision-making.
- Drive standardization, automation, and continuous improvement projects across global procurement processes.
- Manage cross-functional international teams and stakeholders to deliver projects on time, within budget, and with high quality standards.
- Establish and monitor supplier performance through KPI dashboards, scorecards, and governance reviews.
- Lead change management initiatives related to supplier transitions, process improvements, and procurement transformation.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, Economics, Legal, or related field.
- Advanced English proficiency.




- 10+ years of experience in procurement within international and matrix organizations.
- 5+ years of experience negotiating software licenses, hardware, IT consulting services, and technology contracts.
- Strong background in strategic sourcing, supplier management, contract negotiation, and procurement transformation.
- Experience with SAP ERP, Ariba, and e-procurement systems.Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate market insights into business value.
