We are currently searching for a Supply Chain Sustaintability Specialist to join our global team.

This role will support the implementation and execution of our integral supplier sustainability programs.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate supplier sustainability assessments, questionnaires, and follow-up activities to ensure timely and complete responses.
- Support supplier engagement initiatives by developing communication materials, sustainability guidance documents, webinars, and training sessions.
- Collect, validate, and maintain supplier sustainability data, including greenhouse gas emissions, renewable energy usage, recycled content, water consumption, waste management metrics, certifications, and other ESG indicators.
- Collaborate with suppliers to improve the quality, completeness, and accuracy of Scope 3 greenhouse gas emissions data.
- Maintain supplier sustainability databases, records, and reporting documentation.
- Prepare sustainability reports, dashboards, and KPI analyses to support internal stakeholders, customer requests, and corporate reporting requirements.
- Support ESG disclosure activities, including EcoVadis, CDP, customer sustainability surveys, and other reporting frameworks.




- Assist Procurement teams in monitoring supplier compliance with Auria’s Supplier Code of Conduct and sustainability expectations.
- Track supplier sustainability performance, identify reporting gaps, and support corrective action follow-up when needed.
- Maintain sustainability documentation required for audits, customer inquiries, and compliance reviews.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of supplier sustainability processes, tools, and reporting practices.

What you will bring:

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Sustainability, Environmental Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Supplier Quality, Sustainability, ESG, or related areas within a global manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of Scope 3 greenhouse gas emissions accounting and supplier sustainability programs.

Knowledge, Skills, and Ability:

- Experience working with large data sets, reporting tools, and advanced Microsoft Excel analysis.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to work across multiple stakeholders and functions.
- Experience preparing reports, maintaining documentation, and supporting compliance-related activities.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with suppliers and internal teams.
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
