Job Description
The Food & Beverage Manager will oversee and direct all aspects of the Food & Beverage operation, including Room Service and all F&B; outlets, under the guidance and supervision of the Director of Food & Beverage. This person will ensure operational excellence, guest satisfaction, and financial performance by leading the team, upholding service standards, and driving continuous improvement across all outlets.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operation of all Food & Beverage outlets, facilities, sales, and cost management.
- Ensure proper scheduling of staff within established guidelines and manage payroll and budgetary matters.
- Implement and lead on-the-job training sessions for the Room Service department and other F&B; outlets.
- Ensure consistent execution of all service standards across every touchpoint of the guest experience.
- Develop and maintain consistent standards for presentation, service, and guest experience.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Culinary/Hospitality management or related degree.
- Preferred experience in hospitality and food & beverage operations, with a minimum of four years of management experience in Food & Beverage, ideally within a luxury or full-service hotel environment.
- Solid understanding of F&B; operations, cost control, scheduling, and inventory management.
- Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.
- Due to visa restrictions, at the moment we are only accepting candidates from Mexico and Canada. The limitation to Mexican and Canadian nationals is a legal requirement tied to the specifics of the TN visa, not a preference of the employer.
- 70,000 USD Annual Gross Income.
- Accommodation provided during 1st month at the hotel.
