At REHAU, we are looking for a Continuous Improvement Engineer (RPS) to support our operational excellence journey and drive sustainable improvements across manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, quality, cost reduction, and operational efficiency.
- Implement and promote Lean Manufacturing methodologies and RPS standards throughout the plant.
- Facilitate Kaizen workshops and cross-functional improvement projects.
- Analyze operational KPIs and identify opportunities for process optimization.
- Support the implementation of standardized work, visual management, and problem-solving methodologies.
- Train and coach employees on continuous improvement tools and best practices.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, quality, logistics, and maintenance teams to achieve performance objectives.
- Monitor project results and ensure sustainability of implemented improvements.

Requirements





- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering or related field.
- Experience in Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing, Operational Excellence, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- Knowledge of Lean tools such as:
- 5S
- TPM
- SMED
- Value Stream Mapping (VSM)
- A3 Problem Solving

- Experience leading improvement projects in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- English proficiency (intermediate to advanced).
- Automotive industry experience is highly preferred.
