Flex is seeking a Cost Accountant in Guadalajara, North Site to manage accounting records, analyze variances, and support budgeting processes. You will report to the Controller Assistant and work with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial statements and compliance with policy.
The role requires a finance degree, strong English, and advanced Excel. Experience in cost accounting and familiarity with P&L; and balance sheets are essential.
