GECSA is part of a family-owned Spanish industrial group with more than 85 years of experience. From our manufacturing facility in Santa Catarina, Reciente León, we design, manufacture, and repair high-current electrical conductors and specialized components for demanding industrial applications, primarily within the steel industry.

The United States is a strategic growth market for GECSA. We already have commercial activity and experience in the U.S. and are looking for someone with a strong technical background, excellent English skills, and a commercial mindset to expand our presence and develop new accounts.

The Opportunity
Your primary responsibility will be to develop new business opportunities and industrial accounts across the United States, participating throughout the entire sales process: identifying prospects, generating meetings, visiting customer facilities, understanding technical requirements, preparing proposals, negotiating, and closing business.

We are not simply looking for someone to manage an existing account portfolio. We want someone with initiative, autonomy,



and a results-driven mindset who is motivated to open new accounts and build long-term customer relationships.

You will work directly with Maintenance, Engineering, Operations, and Purchasing teams at customer facilities, supported by GECSA's engineering, technical, and manufacturing teams in Monterrey and Spain.

Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and develop new industrial customers throughout the United States.
- Identify business opportunities and generate meetings with potential customers.
- Conduct commercial and technical visits to industrial facilities across the U.S.
- Understand customers' technical needs and problems and translate them into business opportunities.
- Prepare, present, and follow up on technical and commercial proposals.
