Main Responsibilities:

- Coordinate daily purchasing activities to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and components.
- Support supplier negotiations, cost reduction initiatives, and purchasing strategies.
- Monitor supplier performance in terms of quality, cost, delivery, and service.
- Collaborate with Planning, Production, Engineering, and Quality teams to resolve material shortages and supply chain issues.
- Analyze purchasing KPIs and implement corrective actions to improve department performance.
- Oversee purchase orders, supplier follow-ups, and material availability through SAP or other ERP systems.
- Support supplier development, evaluation, and risk management activities.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost savings, and operational efficiency.




- Provide guidance and support to purchasing team members, ensuring alignment with departmental objectives.
- Support the Purchasing Manager in strategic decision-making and departmental projects.

What We’re Looking For:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of supplier management, negotiations, and cost analysis.
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Knowledge of MRP, inventory management, and manufacturing processes.
- Advanced English communication skills.
