Role DescriptionThe Sales Development Engineer is a full-time remote role responsible for driving new business opportunities and supporting existing accounts through technical and commercial engagement. Day-to-day activities include identifying and qualifying prospects,



conducting technical discussions with customers, and recommending appropriate high-performance polymer solutions for specific applications. The role involves preparing and delivering product presentations, collaborating with internal technical and supply chain teams, and providing application development support to plastic converters and OEMs. The Sales Development Engineer will maintain accurate sales pipelines, follow up on leads, prepare quotes, and contribute to pricing and negotiation discussions. This position also requires monitoring market trends, gathering customer feedback, and participating in strategic initiatives to expand Conventus Polymers’ presence across target industries and regions.
