Tilt, a general fintech leader, is hiring a Senior Credit Manager for Mexico. You will own the day-to-day credit performance of the cash-advance product, set and tune policies, manage unit economics, and run experiments to improve growth and profitability.
The role reports to the Head of Credit, Mexico, and collaborates with data science, product, and finance teams. We value remote work with a strong preference for candidates based in Mexico, plus regular travel for onsite gatherings.
