We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager to drive process improvement initiatives, bridge business requirements with technical solutions, and support stakeholders in optimizing workflows and data governance practices. Responsibilities Develop clear and detailed business process flows that can be translated into technical requirements Engage stakeholders at all levels to elicit, clarify, and validate process requirements Map current and future state processes, identifying gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities Identify and document process improvement opportunities and potential issues in existing workflows Quantify improvement opportunities and suggest tracking mechanisms where relevant Create technical documentation and standard operating procedures to support process execution and implementation Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of process improvement initiatives Design wireframe models to visualize solutions based on user feedback Write test cases to validate process implementation and ensure alignment with business needs Define data quality KPIs, including reporting mechanisms Monitor project progress and report status updates to relevant stakeholders Requirements2+ years of experience in a project management or business process role,
