Digital Growth & SEO Strategist

Position Overview

Farahi Law Firm is an award-winning personal injury firm dedicated to fighting for the injured and delivering exceptional legal representation. We are a fast-growing, client-centric team that values aggressive advocacy, innovation, and community impact. We are seeking a Digital Growth & SEO Strategist who blends strategic marketing leadership with hands‑on execution. This role will own digital growth across SEO, content, paid media, and community engagement — focusing on attracting high‑quality leads, optimizing conversion funnels, and aligning marketing efforts with business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Growth & SEO Strategy

- Develop and execute SEO strategies (technical, on‑page, off‑page).

- Identify keyword opportunities aligned with case value and intake quality.

- Optimize website performance and conversion rates.

Performance Marketing

- Launch and optimize campaigns across Google Ads and Meta.

- Own KPIs such as CAC, CPL, ROI, and LTV, and conduct A/B testing across funnels.

Content & Community Strategy





- Oversee educational content across social platforms and engage in online communities to surface insights.

- Align messaging with ICP and intake quality.

- Analytics & Optimization: Build dashboards and monitor performance, translating data into actionable insights.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align with Intake, Operations, and Legal teams, acting as a feedback loop across departments.

Requirements & Qualifications

Required

- 5–10+ years in digital marketing, SEO, or growth.

- Strong expertise in SEO, paid media, and analytics.

- Experience with Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or similar.

- Strong analytical and execution skills.

Preferred

- Experience in legal, BPO, or related industries.

- Familiarity with CRM and automation tools.

Success Metrics

- Growth in qualified leads and improved conversion rates.

- Strong SEO performance and campaign efficiency.
