Are you a highly proactive, commercially minded, and resourceful leader with a passion for education? Twinkl is looking for a Country Manager to spearhead our revenue growth, commercial strategy, and market expansion in Mexico.

In this pivotal role, you will hold end-to-end commercial ownership, driving top-line revenue growth, subscriber acquisition, and market penetration across the region. Combining strategic vision with a deep commitment to supporting educators and local teaching communities, you will develop tailored market expansion strategies, build high-value educational partnerships, optimize local customer lifetime value, and manage the P&L; to ensure long-term commercial success.

Key Responsibilities

- Country Strategy & Market Leadership: Lead the hands-on execution of the country-specific strategy, position Twinkl as a leading expert in education resource provision, and act as the primary point of contact for in-country government initiatives.
- Business Growth & Performance: Manage the P&L;, achieve revenue and customer acquisition targets, monitor market trends, and turn growth opportunities into actionable execution plans.
- Collaborative Marketing Execution: Develop comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to the Mexican education landscape and guide the marketing lead on engaging content creation and campaign optimization.
- Partnerships & Outreach:



Proactively identify and manage micro-partnerships and strategic alliances with local organizations and educational institutions to expand Twinkl's reach and impact.
- Cross-Collaboration: Work closely with production, customer care, and general country manager forums to localize resources, support users, and share proven growth strategies.

- Experience leading and developing strategies to determine decisions on diverse marketing activities and collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure their success.
- Experience teaching, ideally as part of a Senior Leadership Team.
- A highly entrepreneurial, self-starter mindset with a proactive, innovative approach to problem-solving.
- Strong decision-making, leadership, and interpersonal communication skills.
