ARQ is seeking a certified investment advisor and regulatory officer for its Mexico advisory entity. You will own the advisory function end to end and act as the accountable person before the CNBV, while helping build a digital wealth product in close coordination with integral teams.
You will collaborate with product, engineering and legal teams to translate regulatory requirements into clear product specifications for the app and ensure compliant customer communications.
