Job Summary

El Líder Técnico de Manufactura estará ubicado en Guadalajara Sur. Aquí hay algunos ejemplos de las actividades que estarás realizando: undefined Seguimiento a asistencia del personal operativo Asegurar el cumplimiento del plan de producción Seguimiento y ejecución de 5S Monitoreo de Work Orders y cumplimiento de volúmenes por modelo Manejo y disposición de SCRAP Soporte directo a piso de producción y solución de incidencias Validación de procesos en SMT, estructural y procesos de OLA.

Habilidades indispensables para el rol

Carrera técnica en Electrónica, Mecatrónica o afín. Experiencia en manejo de personal Conocimiento en procesos de: SMT Estructural / PTH Soldadura por OLA Experiencia en pruebas de tarjetas Conocimiento en procesos de Pressfit Capacidad para trabajar bajo objetivos de producción Manejo básico de paquetería Office Disponibilidad de horario.
