The LEGO Group is seeking a Global Job Trainer to design and implement comprehensive training programs for Local Job Trainers (LJTs), TTCs, and Shadows, while aligning global standards across sites. You will collaborate with Integral Job Trainers to share best practices and drive continuous improvement in training methods and documentation.
You will become a subject matter expert on production equipment, lead Train-the-Trainer activities, and ensure training materials, systems and certifications
