Description

We are looking for a Brand Marketing Senior Manager who will be responsible for Branding strategies for the mobile and other divisions.

Key Responsibilities :
1. [Formulating GTM strategy] Design a comprehensive GTM strategy (including campaigns, channels, and budgets) based on the analysis of the market, customer insight, competitive landscapes, for the successful market entry of a new product.
2. [Positioning/refining message] Find the key customer needs through qualitative/quantitative research and improve the product positioning and the message house.
3. [Overall management of comprehensive campaign strategy] Establish a masterplan for the comprehensive yearly/quarterly marketing campaigns, and algin the plans of each channel (e.g., digital, retail, PR) to ensure consistent executions.
4. [Brand asset management] Develop the product’s brand identity, tone and manner, and creative guidelines. Supervise their maintenance and management to ensure consistency.
5. [Management of ROI and performance] Analyze the campaign performance from business perspectives (including that of sales, market share, and more) and calculate the ROI to offer valuable insights into future strategies and budget allocation.

Requirements
[Academic Background] Bachelor's degree complete
[Professional Experience] Solid experience on Branding Marketing positions
Experience in general environments




Leadership experience is required
[Languages] English advanced
