We are looking for a Junior Software Engineer with a strong foundation in Java, Python, and XML to join our dynamic and fast-paced team. The adecuado candidate will have at least 2 to 3 years of experience working on large-scale applications and automated processes. While we"re open to candidates from any industry, we"re not considering recent graduates for this role.

Responsibilities

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain robust software solutions.
- Work on large-scale applications and ensure efficient automation of processes.
- Analyze and solve complex technical problems with innovative solutions.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and actively contribute to sprint goals.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices.
- Maintain and enhance software functionality, ensuring scalability and performance.




- Communicate effectively with global teams and stakeholders in English.

Requirements

- 2 to 3 years of professional experience in software development.
- Proficiency in Java, Python, and working with XML.
- Experience with large-scale applications and automated processes.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and collaborative development environments.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and tackle challenging technological problems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English for operational purposes.

Work Arrangement: Hybrid work model: 2-3 days per week from the office.
