Real Estate Listing Agent
We are a property management company based in Los Angeles, California. We are seeking a Real
Estate Listing Agent to manage and optimize operational processes for a portfolio of approximately
10 small apartment buildings - about 70 units - located in Los Angeles, CA.
This role is centered on managing short-term, furnished rentals—specifically targeting stays greater
than one month and less than one year. The position is operational, tech-driven, and client-facing. A
core priority of this role is leveraging Artificial Intelligence and property management technologies
to automate response workflows, connect multiple rental platforms (e.g., expanding beyond Airbnb),
and streamline guest/leasing communications.
This is a high-ownership role. You will identify where the greatest opportunities lie, set priorities,
propose plans and the resources required, and drive execution end to end.
Role Overview
● Location: 100% Remote (Nearby countries with easy visa access and time zone alignment)
● Position Type: Long-term remote position
● Schedule & Weekly Breakdown: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 4:00 AM (LA time)
Key Responsibilities
● Listing & Platform Management:
○ Manage and maintain active property listings across current channels (e.g., Airbnb)
and lead expansion onto additional short-term rental platforms.
○ Oversee multi-platform synchronization to ensure pricing, calendar availability, and
messaging remain aligned.
○ Identify each property's distinctive strengths and turn them into clear positioning.
○ Audit all listings: titles, descriptions, amenities, photography, and video.
○ Analyze the local market and competing properties to set pricing, minimum stays,
and seasonal and event-based strategies.
○ Propose clear plans, priorities, and budgets to team, and report progress and results




regularly.
● Guest & Leasing Operations:
○ Provide prompt, professional, and thorough assistance to prospective guests and
tenants.
○ Answer continuous inquiries regarding unit features (amenities, lease terms, utilities)
and guide prospects through the booking/leasing cycle.
○ Handle initial tenant/guest maintenance and repair requests by coordinating
resolutions.
○ Manage guest communication, from inquiries and booking requests to reviews, with
prompt, warm, and polished responses, and turn guest feedback into tangible
improvements across listings and the guest experience.
● AI & Automation Integration:
○ Utilize and integrate AI tools to set up automated tasks, highly accurate responses
for guest inquiries.
○ Facilitate seamless cross-platform communication and data flow using modern
automation tools.
Requirements & Qualifications
● Background & Licensing:
○ Formal real estate background or Real Estate / Broker licensing.
○ Strong understanding of real estate leasing operations and short-term/medium-term
residential rentals.
● Tech Savviness & AI Experience:
○ Hands-on familiarity with AI tools and automation platforms to optimize response
times and workflow efficiency.
○ Experience working with short-term rental software / Property Management
Systems (PMS) and online travel agency (OTA) platforms.
● Soft Skills & Communication:
○ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
○ Strong customer service attitude with high problem-solving skills.
○ Detail-oriented with strong operational organization.
● Additional Desirable Experience:
○ Prior experience or background in Revenue Management / Dynamic Pricing
Strategy is a plus. Knowledge of local market trends, property pricing, and rate
optimization to align property listings strategically within the market.
