- Drive portfolio prioritization, governance, and execution, ensuring alignment with business priorities and effective resource utilization.
- Oversee the successful delivery of complex cross-functional programs, managing scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and expected outcomes.




- Partner with senior leaders and key stakeholders to align priorities, support decision-making, and remove barriers to execution.
- Establish performance metrics and reporting mechanisms that provide visibility into portfolio health, progress, and business impact.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement across project teams and functions.

What You´ll Bring

- Bachelor degree: Industrial, Process Engineering, Chemical, Mechatronics, Electrical, Mechanical.
- Long experience leading complex projects, programs, or strategic business initiatives.
- Strong background in portfolio management, governance and business transformation initiatives.
- Ability to manage budgets, timelines, risks and business outcomes.
- Excellent communication, influence, and executive stakeholder management skills.
