Reporting directly to the Plant Director, you as an EHS Manager will be responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and overseeing Environmental, Health, and Safety programs at our Matehuala facility. You will lead initiatives to promote a strong safety culture, ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and municipal regulations, and support the continuous improvement of EHS performance in alignment with Littelfuse corporate policies and standards.

You will collaborate closely with Operations, Quality, Human Resources, and other functional teams to ensure the effective implementation of the Littelfuse EHS Management System. In this role, you will oversee industrial safety, occupational health, and environmental activities, monitor key performance indicators, support internal and external audits, and drive initiatives that strengthen workplace safety, regulatory compliance, and environmental responsibility.

About the Job:

- Lead and oversee the Littelfuse EHS Management System at the plant.

- Plan, develop, implement, and monitor Environmental, Health, and Safety programs in alignment with corporate policies and applicable regulations.

- Coordinate and supervise industrial safety, occupational health, and environmental activities.

- Ensure compliance with federal, state,



and municipal Environmental, Health, and Safety legal requirements.

- Promote and strengthen a safety culture throughout the organization.

- Develop and monitor EHS reports, metrics, indicators, and KPIs to evaluate performance and identify improvement opportunities.

- Coordinate initiatives to support continuous improvement in Environmental, Health, and Safety performance.

- Support compliance with applicable EHS certifications, standards, and regulatory requirements.

- Participate in and coordinate internal, external, stakeholder, and regulatory audits.

- Identify potential workplace hazards and implement preventive measures to minimize risks.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective implementation of EHS programs and initiatives.

- Support the development and execution of preventive actions to reduce workplace risks and strengthen safety performance.

- Ensure the implementation of applicable internal regulations and preventive measures.

- In emergency situations, establish and coordinate the necessary actions to ensure comprehensive control of the facility.

- Stop any unsafe operation, equipment, or machinery that may represent a risk to employee safety.

- Other duties as assigned.

- Location: Matehuala, San Luis Potosí.

About You:

- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Biology, Occupational Safety and Hygiene, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.

- Minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar EHS management role.

- Strong knowledge of Environmental, Health, and Safety regulations and legal compliance requirements.





- Knowledge of ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 standards.

- Experience with internal, external, stakeholder, and regulatory audits.

- Experience coordinating Environmental, Health, and Safety programs in a manufacturing environment.

- Strong understanding of industrial safety, occupational health, and environmental management practices.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all organizational levels.

- Ability to adapt and work effectively with employees, leadership, and cross-functional teams.

- Strong time management and resource management skills.

- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Ability to identify risks, implement preventive actions, and promote continuous improvement.

- Ability to ensure compliance with applicable legal requirements and corporate EHS standards.
