Reponsabilities for all Intercept plants:

- Follow corporate guidelines and procedures, promoting corporate vision for quality.
- Monitor all customer PPAP requirements and due dates, and submit complete documents and samples with 100% on-time completion.Communicate with customers regarding requirements and resolve vague requirements.Create new templates for first article inspection reports, control plans and other standard PPAP documents.
- Lead corrective action CAPA process and documents for all Intercept plants.
- Measure parts for dimensional and specification accuracy, both for part qualification purposes and production control purposes.Keep records of inspection results.
- Maintain BOM data, create production build packets, and communicate new products and changes throughout the organization.
- Disposition non-conforming materials.
- Provide Quality Assurance and Control services relating to planning, scheduling,manufacturing and performance monitoring.
- Improve all areas of the operations relative to safety, quality, delivery, cost, productivity, employee and customer satisfaction.
- Train, guide, and coach people to produce high quality products and services in an empowering environment.
- Lead in solving customer problems for all Intercept plants, complaints, and concerns in conjunction with supportstaff members.
- Understand the company's regulatory requirements and coach employees toward compliance with regulations.
- Work with suppliers to resolve quality issues with urgency.
- Receive outside annual training to build and maintain skills and expertise.
- Perform special projects as assigned.





Reponsabilities for Monterrey plant:

- Create and maintain ISO-9001 or TS16949 quality system for Monterrey operations.
- Supervise quality technicians in Monterrey on all shifts.
- Guide production and support teams to attain quality goals and objectives.
- Direct operational teams in following quality assurance/control SOPs relating to planning,
- Design conformance, process documentation, inspection, performance testing, defectanalysis and auditing.

Working off-site:

- Requires occasional visits to customers, suppliers, including both domestic and international travel.Must have or be able to obtain a U.S. travel visa.

Working conditions:

- Requires working any shift.
- Work in a noisy environment.
- Wear appropriate safety equipment.

Education and experience required for the job:

- Expert understanding & experience of ISO / TS16949 based Quality Management Systems.
- Strong communication and problem solving (including conflict resolution).
- Strong understanding of statistical process control techniques (SPC).
- Strong understanding of geometric tolerancing practices and ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong understanding and experience process optimization techniques.
- Strong leadership and people skills within a team environment.
- Ability to identify, understand and communicate customer requirements.
- Strong understanding of lean manufacturing techniques.
- Experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, MAPICS, is preferred.
- Good understanding of regulatory requirements.
