Job Title: US Order to Cash Digital Agent II

Job Type: Full-time (Hybrid)

Location: Guadalajara, Jal.

Salary: $24,000.00 $30,000.00 MXN Gross / Month

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the full Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycle across digital e-commerce and EDI channels.
- Identify and resolve order exceptions, digital invoicing errors, and automated payment holds.
- Monitor key metric dashboards for order turnaround time and digital error rates.

Requirements:

- Advanced / Fluent English proficiency (written and spoken).
- Bachelor's degree (undergraduate) or high school diploma.
- 24 years of proven experience within Order-to-Cash (O2C), EDI, or e-commerce operations.
- Hands-on proficiency with SAP (O2C module), Salesforce, or digital portal platforms.
- International voice calling experience.
- MS office.
