Professional experience 2–4 years of accounting experience in mexico , preferably in a corporate or business environment. Hands-on experience with accounts payable, vendor invoices, payments, and bank reconciliations . Experience reviewing and processing invoices and ensuring proper documentation and payment follow-up. Technical skills proficiency in contpaqi / compa q accounting software. Strong knowledge of microsoft excel , including the ability to work with spreadsheets, formulas, and financial data. Working knowledge of mexican tax regulations , particularly: vat (iva) income tax (isr) general mexican tax compliance and reporting obligations.
Basic knowledge of payroll processes and imss requirements . Language fluent or advanced english , both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional environment. Soft skills strong organizational and time-management skills. High attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Proactive follow-up skills and the ability to keep track of pending tasks and payments.
