Position Summary
As aStrategy & Operations Consultantto support strategic, operational, and transformation initiatives for U.S.-based healthcare clients.
This role requires strong analytical skills, structured problem-solving, and the ability to convert complex data into actionable recommendations.

WhatYou'llDo:
Conduct financial, operational, and performance analyses toidentifyimprovement opportunities.Develop analytical models and apply consulting frameworks (MECE, hypothesis-driven thinking,issuetrees).
Participate in end-to-end transformation projects,



from diagnosis to implementation.Prepare and deliver executive-ready presentations and reports in English.Translate data insights into strategic recommendations.Manage deliverables, progress tracking, and workstream coordination.Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Mexico and the U.S.Maintaina high levelof ownership, accountability, and professional ethics.
Who You Are:
Education & Experience:
2-3 years in consulting, business analysis, transformation, or related rolesBachelor's in Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Business, Data AnalysisStrong analytical skills + advanced ExcelExcellent communication & storytelling (English C1+)Structured thought process and strong ownership mindset.
