The Quality Engineer is responsible to ensure the correct application of LATECOERE's Quality Management System within a dedicated program along with Customer Standards & RegulationsSupport Quality Site Manager to fulfill actions, requirements and practices that meet the true interpretation of the QMS.RESPOSIBILITIESDevelop & Assure Quality Culture on products and processesIdentify and implement effective process control systems to support the development, qualification, and on-going manufacturing of products to meet or exceed internal and external requirementsEnsuring that products are in accordance with customer requirements in terms of specifications and applicable documentsFacilitate and promote the use of appropriate problem solving techniques for effective root cause analysis and successful corrective actionsEnsure performance & monitoring KPI's related to Quality processesMonitor & implement corrective actions regarding audit resultsMonitor & implement corrective actions regarding customer claimsCreate FAI (First Article Inspection)Provide engineering support to operations ensuring consistent application of quality techniquesPerform duties in accordance with quality system requirements as the voice of Quality ProductTake an active role in all QA associated communication including continuous improvementControlling all documentation to ensure complaint deliveriesReporting all issues detected within production process to Quality DepartmentInitiate and/or participate in 8D's and 5 Why's analysis when dysfunction detected or non-conformances are declaredProvide technical and administrative support as requiredSupport and attend internal/external meetings as requiredREQUIREMENTSBachelor's DegreeExperience at least 3 yearsConfident with ExcelAdvanced EnglishTeamwork, flexibility & focus on resultsProductivity, initiative and responsibilityAble to analyze and explain clearly a problems#J-*****-Ljbffr
