The position is based in Mexico City.What the job involvesSupport the structuring and execution of infrastructure and energy transactions across Latin AmericaBuild and review full-scale financial modelsSupport due diligence and overall deal execution on live transactionsManage day-to-day transaction execution, including client communication and interaction with lenders and investorsContribute to business development, including pitches, market studies, and client presentationsWork closely with senior team members and otherteams throughout the transaction processWho we are looking forExperience in investment banking, corporate finance, project finance, and/or M&AExperience; in infrastructure andenergy, ideally within an investment bank, commercial bank, or consulting firmBachelor's degree in engineering, business, finance, or a related fieldExceptional financial modeling and analytical skillsStrong communication skills and a proactive, collaborative, and team-oriented approachFluency in Spanish and English
