Job Title: US Parts & Analog Agent I

Job Type: Full-time (Hybrid)

Location: Guadalajara, Jal.

Salary: $20,000.00 $26,000.00 MXN Gross / Month

Key Responsibilities:

- Receive, process, and track customer and field service orders for spare parts and analog equipment.
- Check stock availability across warehouses and coordinate expedited logistics solutions.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding order status, part numbers, and basic technical specs.
- Process returns, warranty claims, and order adjustments accurately.

Requirements:

- Advanced / Fluent English proficiency (written and spoken).
- Bachelor's degree (undergraduate) or high school diploma.
- Up to 2 years of experience in supply chain, order processing, parts support, or logistics.




- Familiarity with inventory management modules in SAP, Oracle, or equivalent ERPs.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and team-oriented approach.
- Schedule flexibility within a 18x7 shifts. (to review).
