At Vereda Labs, we're building a different approach to talent. We combine recruiting, upskilling, referrals, and AI to help companies hire great people and help people grow into great careers. At the heart of this is the Vereda Ambassadors Network, our flagship referrals product: a trusted community of engineering and business leaders who help us connect exceptional talent with the right opportunities. Our team brings experience from consulting (McKinsey, BCG), recruiting, and building new ventures in corporate and startup settings. Over the last year we have increased our monthly revenue by 5x and are investing heavily in technology and process innovation.
This is a critical and exciting role. You'll split your time between filling specialized technical roles and helping us grow the Ambassadors Network in Mexico. You'll be the face of Vereda to engineering leaders across the Mexican tech ecosystem: recruiting for them, inviting them into our network,



and helping us rethink how recruiting gets done along the way.
What you'll do
• Specialized tech recruiting (~40%): Own senior technical searches end-to-end for roles like data engineers, AI engineers, solutions engineers, and cybersecurity consultants. You'll use advanced Boolean search, AI-enabled tools, and direct outreach to passive talent.

• Ambassadors Network (~40%): Grow the Vereda Ambassadors Network in Mexico by networking with engineering managers, VPs, CTOs, and founders. You'll invite them to join and nurture relationships that generate high-quality referrals.

• Process improvement and innovation (~20%): Help make our recruiting workflows faster and smarter through AI and automation, and help shape Vereda's products and playbooks.
