Strengthen WebBeds position in the marketplace: You will be responsible for driving business growth to the company. This is mainly driven by understanding market opportunities and attracting new clients, proposing relevant solutions balancing growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities.
In this role you will:

• Identify market opportunities through meetings, networking, and other channels.

• Analyse data, conduct due diligence, negotiate deals, and work to ensure a smooth integration of the client and WebBeds, managing full sales cycle – from prospecting to closing deals.

• Attend events such as exhibitions and conferences.

• Prepare sales presentations to introduce WebBeds to potential clients.

• With the support of the Vice President of Sales, the New Business Development Manager will define plans, strategies, and opportunities to increase WebBeds presence in the market.

• Collaborate with internal teams including commercial technology and strategy,



finance and customer service to onboard new clients and making sure the process flows as planned.

• Prepare internal and external presentations utilizing data and analysis to highlight trends and opportunities, conduct market research and competitive analysis.

• Identify upselling opportunities across WebBeds portfolio.

• Ensure high level of client satisfaction and retention.

• Account management support.

Additional responsibilities:
• Identify whitespace opportunities – regions or segments where WebBeds has low penetration.

• Support localization efforts (language, currency, product adaptation).

• Provide frontline feedback to sourcing teams on client needs and gaps.

• Collaborate with sourcing to ensure the hotel portfolio meets demand in target markets.

• Structure and negotiating commercial agreements and overrides with clients.

• Monitor competitor activity, identify threats and opportunities, share market intelligence internally.
