The Material Flow Engineer is responsible for the design, technical evaluation, and execution of internal logistics and material handling processes for new program launches at Ford Mexico VO plants.
You will lead facility readiness, floor-space planning, and material flow studies across pre-production and launch milestones, ensuring that tooling, layout configurations, and storage infrastructure are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and lean manufacturing standards.

Industrial, Logistics, Mechatronics, Electrical, Electronics or related. A Bachelor of Engineering Certification
Advanced knowledge CAD 2D design, creation of Isometrics, work cells, layout for process engineering and production areas related to Material flow
Experience with analyzing data base, good knowledge in Excel, recommending and documenting modifications, enhancements, test results and problem resolutions
Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint/Outlook/Access)
English speaking & understanding
Leadership skills to coordinate multiple teams from plants and from staff
