Alignerr is seeking Software Engineers for a fully remote, adaptable contract in Querétaro to build, evaluate, and improve AI-generated code. You will write solutions, review AI outputs, and provide expert feedback to help AI systems think like real developers.

You’ll work across languages, identify bugs, and stress-test prompts while maintaining high standards of code quality. This role offers autonomy, ongoing opportunities, and the ability to set your own schedule.
