As an EDS Ford Champ, you will be responsible of collaborating directly with the EDS Process Team and the Jira EDS Team inside Product Creation & Industrialization to drive process excellence across the vehicle wire harness lifecycle. You will help elevate the EDS community's work to a higher level of excellence by applying process mapping, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), cutting-edge AI tools, and engineering knowledge to design, create, and industrialize automotive Electrical Distribution Systems (EDS).

What you´ll need:
Active student from any of the last 2 semesters of Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronic engineering
90% English skills (Oral, reading, writing, and listening)
Strong analytical and communication skills




Knowledge of or strong interest in Process Mapping, Value Stream Mapping (VSM) , and continuous process improvement methodologies.
Passion for leveraging AI tools and digital innovation to solve engineering challenges and automate documentation workflows.
Basic understanding of automotive Electrical Distribution Systems (EDS), wire harness design, or vehicle product development (GPDS/PDP).
Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft SharePoint, or Visio .
Proactive mindset, detail-oriented work ethic, and ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional engineering environments.
