Inbound Supply Chain Program Manager, Supply Chain Mexico If you are an experienced supply chain professional with a passion to innovate and contribute in a fast-paced growing environment - you might be a good fit to join Mexico Supply Chain team. The Inbound Supply Chain Manager acts as the bridge between business and operations teams and is responsible for seamless long term planning of inbound freight into our network maximizing vendor and seller experience. This role involves driving critical decisions with cross-functional teams and senior leadership and demands strong program management skills along-with an ability to drive data driven discussions. We expect the candidate have exceptional analytical, planning and written/verbal communication skills. Some of the role responsibilities are: Set up processes to strengthen inbound supply chain planning with an objective of minimizing cost and maximizing customer/seller experience Own the long term planning for We Pay/ PCP inbound programs. Make the existing processes scalable by identifying and implementing available tools/automation Rollout best practices from other geographies / companies to minimize end to end supply chain losses Utilize exceptional problem-solving and communication skills to influence business, operations and technical audiences Program manage and drive decision making across cross functional teams and senior leadership Candidates should exhibit the following: Must be detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to own and follow through on issues Analytical, problem solving,
and organizational skills Candidate should have excellent communication skills and a strong customer focus Basic Qualifications 2+ years of program or project management experience 3+ years of Computerized Maintenance Management System program experience 3+ years of maintenance planner/scheduler in industrial maintenance, manufacturing, or distribution industries experience 3+ years of advanced Microsoft Word and Excel experience Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology Experience in MS Access and SQL Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document Experience using Microsoft Projects software Experience with material handling systems (MHS) installation, operation and maintenance Experience working in an analytical environment with cross-functional teams Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
