Profile Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, Tooling, or a related field. Demonstrated experience in tooling design for wax injection / investment casting. Experience designing complex tooling with slides, inserts, core pulls, and release mechanisms. Advanced proficiency in 3 D CAD: Siemens NX, CATIA, Creo, or Solid Works. Knowledge of GD&T;, tolerances, engineering drawings, and dimensional inspection. Knowledge of CNC, EDM, and tooling manufacturing. Experience in tooling trials, troubleshooting, and corrective adjustments during manufacturing and production. Preferred Qualifications Experience in aerospace investment casting. Tooling for turbine blades, vanes, or structural castings. Experience with ceramic cores and hollow airfoils. Knowledge of shrinkage, wax flow, venting, and temperature control.
