We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist to join our team. EPAM is delivering a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Rapid Assessment to establish a clear roadmap for a successful MVP launch by evaluating current capabilities, identifying gaps, and validating requirements. The project involves implementing a net-new Salesforce Marketing Cloud Advanced installation within the Med Tech domain. Responsibilities Apply proven expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud architecture, customization, and integration across complex enterprise environments Lead and mentor junior developers while overseeing development workflows and maintaining code quality standards Engage with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions, managing client communications effectively throughout the process Maintain a detail-oriented focus on delivering high-quality, scalable solutions despite tight deadlines and shifting requirements Make proactive decisions with strong maturity, independently prioritizing and managing multiple concurrent tasks Collaborate effectively within a medium-sized cross-functional team of 6-10 members, coordinating closely with third-party vendors Apply familiarity with Med Tech or other regulated industries, understanding relevant compliance and data sensitivity considerations Requirements Three or more years of hands-on, relevant experience in a similar role Lead the design, development, and deployment of a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Advanced platform tailored to client-specific requirements Oversee and support two junior developers,
