Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations and optimize logistics processes.
• Ensure timely deliveries and resolve operational issues.
• Analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
• Coordinate, motivate, and train the team.
• Prepare performance reports and propose continuous improvements.
Requirements:
• Advanced English proficiency (mandatory); the interview will be conducted in English.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics, preferably in e-commerce.
• Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
• Availability to work the night shift (8:00 PM to 6:00 AM).
