The role…

The HRIT Analyst serves as the functional expert for HR systems and standardized HR processes across the Americas Region. This role will leverage HR technology to enhance workforce capabilities, payroll processes,



system integrations, configuration, and analytics. Reporting to the Head of Process, Systems & Total Rewards – AM, the HRIT Analyst executes and maintains standardized processes while ensuring data integrity, regulatory compliance, system effectiveness, and exceptional customer service. This role serves as a the primary operational resource for HR systems administration, and user support across the United States & Mexico.

How You’ll Make An Impact…

HR Systems Administration

• Maintain HR technology systems, including employee data, organizational structures, workflows, security roles, forms and system configuration.
• Ensure integrity, security, and accuracy of employee data, reliability and day-today functionality of HR Systems
• Partner with IT and vendors to implement system upgrades, integrations, and new technology solutions.
