- Work side by side with plant leadership, HR, EHS, legal, communications, operations, and public affairs teams to ensure community engagement efforts are operationally sound, locally informed, and aligned with Niagara standards and Mexico business realities.
- Support dialogue and coordination with local authorities and community stakeholders on issues that may affect Niagara’s reputation, operating environment, permitting context, or community acceptance, escalating sensitive matters through the appropriate internal channels.
- Identify, assess,

and help manage community issues related to industrial presence, water perceptions, mobility, employment expectations, environmental concerns, or misinformation, helping shape practical response plans rooted in facts, relationships, and local context.
- Mobilize and coordinate employee volunteer efforts in partnership with site teams, ensuring activities are meaningful for local communities, feasible for operations, and aligned with Niagara Cares priorities and Mexico stakeholder expectations.
- Track commitments made to local stakeholders and ensure timely follow-through, clear communication, and disciplined execution to build credibility and accountability over time in Niagara Mexico priority locations.
- Gather field intelligence, impact data, community feedback, and local narratives to support leadership briefings, ESG updates, public affairs planning, and internal decision-making related to Mexico operations.
- Help identify and develop partnerships with local organizations, academic institutions, and civil society groups that can extend Niagara’s impact in Mexico in areas such as water stewardship, recycling, education, and community development.
- Represent Niagara in community meetings, public forums, and local events with professionalism, cultural sensitivity, and a practical understanding of Mexico’s community and institutional dynamics.
