What you're signing up for

- Stipend: $4,000 MXN a month

- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM (your afternoons stay yours)

- Format: 100% remote, from wherever you are

- Length: 6 months, with a completion letter and certificate at the end

- The real requirement: be a student and actually want this. Everything else you'll learn here.

Your toolkit from day one

Paid accounts, full access, and someone who teaches you to use them properly.

- ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini to write, research and analyze in a fraction of the time

- AI image and video generators to produce work that used to take a full studio

- n8n and Make to build automations that keep running while you sleep

- Meta, Google and LinkedIn Ads with real client budgets, not classroom simulators

- Canva, Google Analytics and Search Console to design, and to know whether what you made actually worked

What you'll be doing

- Producing content for social, blog and campaigns: copy, images and video, with AI in the loop

- Building automations that take repetitive work off the team's plate (and yours)

- Supporting live client campaigns and reviewing their numbers every week

- Optimizing content for Google and for AI search engines too (SEO and AEO/GEO)

- Bringing ideas to project meetings. Interns' ideas actually get built here.

- You can work in Spanish and read English. Most of our clients are in Mexico, and most of what we use comes out in English first.

Nice to have, not required: conversational English, Canva, and having run social media for anything at all, even your own project.

Adivor is an AI and automation consultancy with a presence in Mexico and Toronto, and more than 17 years in digital. We build AI agents connected to WhatsApp and CRM, automate operations, and train executive teams at Real Estate, Construction and Professional Services companies.

We're a small team. That means you work directly with leadership, and your work gets seen instead of filed away.
