Job Description The Global Fulfillment North America team enables reliable, efficient product flow from factory to guest across channels. For the Mexico market, the team partners with market leadership, third-party logistics providers, and global and regional fulfillment functions to meet service and financial expectations, support growth, and improve the guest experience. The Senior Manager, Mexico Fulfillment represents the Global Fulfillment North America team for the Mexico market and leads the market's fulfillment operations. This role combines strategic and operational leadership to meet business demand, service-level expectations, financial objectives, and growth priorities through close partnership with market, regional, and global teams. Direct Mexico fulfillment market operations, including distribution center operations, outbound logistics, and supporting Integral Fulfillment functions. Lead oversight and coordination across fulfillment teams and third-party logistics partners to achieve service, financial, performance, and growth expectations. Drive continuous improvement in fulfillment accuracy, delivery performance, product flow, productivity, and cost while maintaining service-level compliance. Partner with global and regional functional experts to set performance targets and enable effective product flow from factory to guest. Establish, evaluate, and maintain operating performance standards, and identify opportunities to enhance service and reduce costs. Operationalize integrated, cross-functional plans and lead peak-season planning, risk management, and execution. Create and implement the Mexico fulfillment operations strategy with market and regional leadership, translating long-range plan requirements into a multi-year roadmap and investment priorities. Build strong working relationships with Mexico market leadership, North America regional teams,
and cross-functional partners across channels, MP&A;, and FP&A.; Skills and Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related technical field. 10+ years of experience in fulfillment operations, logistics management, or vendor and partner management, including 7+ years in a management role. Deep knowledge of Mexico distribution, logistics, trade compliance operations, and partnership models. Experience leading large-scale, complex business environments across multiple stakeholders and teams in a matrixed organization. Strong business, leadership, planning, budgeting, financial analysis, business case development, and organizational skills. Demonstrated executive presence, inspirational leadership, and the ability to lead change, resolve issues, and drive consensus. Strong critical thinking, attention to detail, analytical, facilitation, and communication skills.
