to support schedule planning, progress control, and project coordination for a large‐scale data center development in Querétaro. This role will be responsible for maintaining accurate programme data, supporting strategic decision‐making, and ensuring alignment across all construction and engineering disciplines.



Programme Planning & Development Support the creation and maintenance of project programmes using Critical Path Methodology (CPM), ensuring proper activity sequencing, dependencies, and milestone definition.
Maintain accurate comparisons between current progress and the approved baseline across all construction and installation packages. Reporting & Project Controls Produce weekly and monthly planning deliverables, including progress curves, earned value indicators, schedule performance metrics, and variance insights.
Provide consistent progress data for internal frameworks such as PORDAs or equivalent project control systems. Support the Lead Planner in preparing programme narratives, logic diagrams, and other planning outputs required for stakeholder reports or executive presentations.
