Farmers Insurance is seeking a skilled ICM Data Consultant to own administration, configuration, and daily operations of the Varicent Incentive Compensation Management platform. You will ensure accurate commission calculations, dashboards, and reporting for sales leadership, Finance, and IT.

The adecuado candidate has 7+ years in IT/app development or operations support, strong knowledge of Varicent/ICM, SSIS/SSRS, and excellent communication skills.
