ALTEN provide weekly and monthly tracking status to the designated Team Leader through reports, statistics, and deliverable evidence defined in conjunction with VW Technical Managers.
- All new tasks should be sent to the ALTEN Team Leader who will attribute activities to ALTEN team.
- ALTEN must propose the reports, statistics to be tracked and deliverables evidence format.
- VW Team Managers will concur the proposal and request modifications to ALTEN when required.
- Deliverables must be previously reviewed with ALTEN.
- ALTEN is responsible to meet and present fully feasible VW deliverables according to timing and milestones.
- ALTEN is responsible of tracking the versioning control methods.
- ALTEN must provide a summary report to VW Technical Managers at the end of the Purchase Order, which should include: deliverables, timing, achievements and improvements.
