- Maintains close communication with system users to understand their needs and propose solutions that ensure system reliability.
- Supports automation processes by performing data verification testing to ensure the reliability of manufacturing processes.
- Works closely with Engineering and Manufacturing teams to identify potential risks in system operation.
- Ensures the effective achievement of assigned group objectives and deadlines.
- Complies with all safety policies, practices,



and procedures.
- Reports all unsafe conditions and/or acts to their supervisor or the Human Resources Department.
- Actively participates in group efforts to achieve departmental and company objectives.Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.Skills, Knowledge & Expertise- Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems Engineering or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and related technologies.
- Experience in Windows server administration and LAN support.
- Knowledge of Linux.
- Knowledge of MES, SAP, or similar manufacturing systems.
- Knowledge of SQL.
